The Rutherford House Senior Center will host a game day for senior citizens in the greater Harrisburg area on Wednesday, March 23 at 12:30 pm. The game day will include free indoor games with prizes from local businesses, free pizza, and basket raffles! The Senior Game Day will end at 2:30 pm with the drawing of the basket raffle winners.
Jeri Blanch, Board Member at The Rutherford House, said, “We want to encourage all local seniors to stop in for the afternoon to get involved with the community, meet new people, and to just have a good time.”
The Rutherford House is a 501c3 non-profit community center located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. It is open week days from 9 am to 2 pm for independent adults aged 55 and over. For about forty years it has been dedicated to providing exceptional recreational and educational facilities to active senior citizens of the greater Harrisburg area.
The Rutherford House Senior Center is located in an historic building not far from the Harrisburg Mall at 3300 Parkview Lane, Harrisburg, PA 17111. It is just off of City Park Drive that runs between Paxton Street and Derry Street at Paxtang Avenue.
